Question about Serdar Öktem to Devlet Bahçeli: He waved his hands

With the start of the new legislative year in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), political party group meetings have also resumed. MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli attended his party's group meeting today and made very important statements. 

CALL TO ÖCALAN

Bahçeli made a new call to the leader of the separatist terrorist organization, Abdullah Öcalan, using the following expressions: 

The founding leader of the PKK has taken responsibility. The PKK laid down its arms on May 12 and dissolved its organizational existence. On July 11, a group of PKK members burned their weapons.

However, the YPG in the north-east of Syria has not yet laid down its arms and has not complied with the February 27 Imralı call. Yet, the Imralı call covers all components of separatist terrorism, as well as the PKK. At least, that is our understanding.

My expectation is this: the founding leadership of the PKK should make a call to the SDF and YPG, requesting compliance with the agreement signed with the Damascus administration on March 10.

QUESTION ABOUT SERDAR ÖKTEM

Devlet Bahçeli did not respond to a question asked after the group meeting regarding lawyer Serdar Öktem, a critical figure in the murder of Sinan Ateş, who was killed yesterday in Istanbul with long-barreled weapons.
