Warning from Mansur Yavaş's team regarding fake DEM Party posters
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) stated that fake posters claiming the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) would support Mansur Yavaş in the election have been prepared, and asked citizens to hand the posters over to the police wherever they see them.
As the local elections approach, it has been determined that fake posters have been put up in the capital, Ankara.
The communications office of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) Mayor Mansur Yavaş issued a warning, announcing that fake posters claiming the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) supports Yavaş were being distributed in the city.
In the statement made by Yavaş's office, citizens who see the fake posters were asked to report the situation to the police and hand the posters over to police stations.
On the other hand, it was also reported that a criminal complaint would be filed regarding the fake posters.
The prepared fake poster featured a picture of the DEM Party's ABB Co-Mayoral candidate Öztürk Türkdoğan and stated that the DEM Party would support Mansur Yavaş in the election.

According to the report in Birgün, the DEM Party also stated that they have initiated legal proceedings regarding all such pirate activities.
