The People's Alliance partner HÜDA PAR has come to the agenda with controversial demands at the "Humanitarian Solution to the Kurdish Question" meeting it organized in Diyarbakır, which was also attended by members of the AKP. At the meeting, it was requested that the definition of Turkishness be removed from the constitution, that Kurdish be made an official language, and that history books be rewritten. Furthermore, it was claimed that the source of the Kurdish question is the "Kemalist mentality," and it was stated that the current Constitution is also a "product of the Kemalist mentality." It was demanded that education in Kurdish be provided in schools.

In the declaration, it was requested that the definition of "Turk" for citizens of the Republic of Turkey be abandoned. Additionally, HÜDA PAR demanded that the burial sites of Sheikh Said, who launched a rebellion to undermine the war of independence, be disclosed and that an apology be issued on behalf of the state. The declaration, which also recalled the persecutions inflicted upon Kurdish scholars like Sheikh Said, argued that the state should apologize for these persecutions. 

Here are HÜDA PAR's demands

-The Kurdish question has been waiting for a solution for a hundred years; let it not wait another century, let it not be wasted.

-It is essential that peace comes; the prosperity of Ankara depends on the peace of Diyarbakır.

-The problem cannot be solved without the rights demands and sensitivities of the Kurds. At the forefront of these sensitivities is Islam.

- Violence, which arose as a result of the impositions of the Kemalist official ideology and led to thousands of deaths, cannot be an instrument of solution.

- No opportunity should be given to war barons and military tutelage; instead of an understanding that sees weapons as a solution, a political solution should be sought.

- Denial and assimilation policies should be completely abandoned, and constitutional arrangements should be made.

- The law of the brotherhood, which is frequently spoken of in literature, must now be realized.

- An apology should be issued for what was done to Kurdish scholars like Sheikh Said, and their burial sites should be disclosed.

- The contributions of Kurds in the Battle of Malazgirt, the Battle of Çanakkale, and the War of Independence must be acknowledged.

- Kurdish should be granted constitutional protection, and education in the mother tongue should be provided.

- The coup constitution, which is a product of the Kemalist mentality, should be changed.

- The definition that "every citizen bound to the Republic of Turkey by the bond of citizenship is a Turk" should be abandoned.

- The racist, exclusionary, and denialist discourse that dominates the state language should be removed from legislation.

- All parties must take responsibility without delay for the construction of a common future.
