Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Ovacıoğlu.

According to a report in Açıksöz, one of the local news sites of Kastamonu, Ayşegül Ovacıoğlu's husband, Op. Dr. Talat Cem Ovalıoğlu, had applied for candidacy for the AKP parliamentary nomination from Kastamonu.
