Discussions on early elections continue. The question of who will be the presidential candidate for the opposition has also been occupying the agenda for a long time. While one segment argues that Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş should be nominated, another segment states that the election should be contested with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu. SUPPORT FOR MANSUR YAVAŞ

In a survey conducted by AREA Research, citizens were asked, "Who should be the opposition's presidential candidate?" 30.6 percent of those who responded chose Mansur Yavaş.

İMAMOĞLU REMAINS AT 18 PERCENT

In the same survey, the rate of those who stated that the right candidate is Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu remained at 18.7 percent.

The rate of those who stated that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel should be nominated was determined to be 3.7 percent. In the survey, "Other" was 5.6 percent, and "No opinion" was 41.4 percent.
