Anahtar Party Chairman Yavuz Ağıralioğlu has made a statement regarding the authorization processes for Emlak Katılım's acquisition of Katılımevim and Birevim. Emphasizing that the process concerns public resources, Ağıralioğlu stated that the details of the transactions must be shared with the public.
Citing data from the Central Securities Depository (MKK), Ağıralioğlu noted that Tera Yatırım's 47.97 percent stake in Katılımevim has been reduced to zero, while Emlak Katılım's stake has risen from around 1 percent to 22.493 percent. The Anahtar Party leader posed the question, "Who determined the value of the company, and based on what?"
Questioning the justification for these transactions while the authorization processes are not yet complete and the liquidation of the relevant holding company is ongoing, Ağıralioğlu reminded that Emlak Katılım is an institution under the Turkey Wealth Fund.
In his statement, Ağıralioğlu said, "Where our nation's money is used, no question can be left unanswered. Who bought it, who sold it, and for how much? Who gained what from these transactions? You cannot hide the accounting of the nation's money from the nation!"
