Yeniden Refah Party's women's and youth branch chairs switch to AKP
The Yeniden Refah Party's Kayseri Women's Branch Chair and Youth Branch Chair have resigned from their party and joined the AKP.
A surprise development has occurred ahead of the AKP's Melikgazi District Congress, which will be held tomorrow. Yeniden Refah Party Women's Branch Chair Sena Özdemir and Youth Branch Chair İsmail Enes Menevşe have resigned from their party and joined the ranks of the AKP.
Melikgazi District Chair Tayyar Şahin hosted Özdemir and Menevşe, who is also a member of the Melikgazi Municipal Council, in his office and processed their membership registrations.
The badges for Özdemir and Menevşe will be pinned at the congress to be held tomorrow.
