'Expert witness indictment' against journalists accepted: Trial date set!
The expert witness indictment against Halk TV Editor-in-Chief Suat Toktaş, Seda Selek, Barış Pehlivan, Serhan Asker, and Kürşad Oğuz has been accepted. The journalists will appear before the judge on March 4.
A new development has occurred regarding the case filed against Halk TV Editor-in-Chief Suat Toktaş, Seda Selek, Barış Pehlivan, Serhan Asker, and Kürşad Oğuz, which was initiated based on an interview conducted with expert witness S.B., whom Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu had exposed in relation to the lawsuits and investigations opened against him.
The expert witness indictment prepared against the 5 journalists has been accepted.
It has been learned that the journalists will appear before the judge on Tuesday, March 4, at 9:30 AM.
