YENİ Party Chairman Özgür Özel held phone conversations with journalists İsmail Saymaz and Murat Ağırel, who are under house arrest, and with the families of imprisoned journalists Şaban Sevinç and Mustafa Balcı.
According to a statement from the YENİ Party Headquarters, Özel called Saymaz and Ağırel to receive information about their situations. During the calls, Özel conveyed his best wishes to the journalists and shared his message of solidarity.
