A first in MIT history: Doctors and healthcare personnel to be recruited
The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) will employ doctors and healthcare personnel in various specialties at its Health Services Centers.
MIT has published a recruitment announcement for doctors and healthcare personnel on its career page.
Accordingly, the doctors and healthcare personnel to be employed within the organization will work at the Health Services Centers established in Ankara and Istanbul, which are equipped with advanced technology and modern facilities, to meet all the health needs of MIT personnel.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCTORS
Doctors who wish to apply must be citizens of the Republic of Turkey, graduates of medical faculties of universities in Turkey, under the age of 44, and possess at least 5 years of active professional experience in their field of specialization (at least 10 years for dentists and general practitioners).
Other requirements include not having taken a break from their profession except for mandatory circumstances, having no compulsory service obligation to any institution or organization, possessing detailed knowledge of diagnostic and treatment approaches in their field, following scientific developments related to their branch, being proficient in new methods, techniques, and technologies, being able to adapt to an intense, shift-based, and on-call work pace, and having no obstacles to working in field conditions and traveling when necessary.
In this context, neurologists, internal medicine specialists, medical biochemists, pediatricians, ENT specialists, ophthalmologists, clinical microbiologists and infectious disease specialists, physical therapy and rehabilitation specialists, dentists, and general practitioners will be employed at MIT's Health Services Centers.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL
MIT will also recruit physiotherapists, dietitians, biologists, laboratory technicians, intensive care nurses, pediatric nurses, and nurses in the field of Traditional and Complementary Medicine (GETAT) for its Health Services Centers in Ankara and Istanbul.
The basic requirements for healthcare personnel who wish to apply in these fields are as follows:
"Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey and a graduate of the specified departments of universities affiliated with YÖK. Must be under the age of 35, possess at least 5 years of active professional experience in their field of specialization, have no compulsory service obligation to any public institution or organization or university, and must not have taken a break from their profession except for mandatory circumstances. Additionally, they must possess detailed knowledge of diagnostic and treatment approaches in their field, be proficient in methods, techniques, and technologies, have strong communication skills, be positive and inclined toward teamwork, be able to adapt to an intense/shift-based/on-call work pace, and have no obstacles to working in field conditions and traveling when necessary.
