Are public sector working hours being shortened? Approved in Parliament

A group proposal regarding 'working days and hours' submitted by the AKP to Parliament has been accepted in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) General Assembly. 

In this context, the Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws and Decree Laws, which includes changes to working hours and days across Turkey, has been approved. 

However, the details regarding working hours have not yet been clarified. Public sector employees are wondering whether their working hours will change.

It is alleged that working hours will begin at 09.00 and end at 15.30.
