Attention ALES candidates! Public transport will be free in Istanbul on Sunday
Students and instructors taking the ALES exam in Istanbul on Sunday, November 19, will be able to use public transport for free. To benefit from free public transport, it will be sufficient to show their identification documents.
The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Department of Transportation has announced that students and faculty members taking the Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (2023-ALES), which will begin at 10:15 on Sunday, November 19, will be able to use public transport vehicles for free.
According to the announcement made on the Ulaşım İstanbul X account, students and instructors who show their identification documents will be able to use public transport vehicles free of charge between 08:15 and 12:15, which covers the period from two hours before the exam to two hours after the exam.
Students will not be admitted to exam halls after 10:00.
