Decision on the change of the President and Vice President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes published in the Official Gazette
The Constitutional Court has announced the names elected as President and Vice President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes in the elections held on January 16.
According to the election results announced by the Constitutional Court, Constitutional Court Member Rıdvan Güleç was elected as the President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes, and Constitutional Court Member Kenan Yaşar was elected as the Vice President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes.

Accordingly, the election was held on January 16 in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on the Establishment and Trial Procedures of the Constitutional Court No. 6216 and Article 4 of the Law on the Establishment and Functioning of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes No. 2247.
Constitutional Court Member Rıdvan Güleç was elected as the President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes.
The Vice President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes became Constitutional Court Member Kenan Yaşar.
