Decision on the establishment of the Amasya Administrative Court published in the Official Gazette

With the decision published in the Official Gazette, an administrative court has been established in Amasya. The judicial district of the court, which was established with ministerial approval following the positive opinions of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and the Ministry of Trade, has been determined as the administrative boundaries of the province of Amasya.

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated regarding the establishment of the court, "We continue to take our steps with determination in order to ensure that trials are concluded within a reasonable time, that justice is served without delay, and that specialization in courts is achieved. As a result of our work, taking into account the geographical conditions and workload of our regions, we have established an administrative court in our province of Amasya."

Minister Tunç stated that the number of provinces with an administrative court has risen to 71, adding, "The decision to establish the Amasya Administrative Court has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force. Thus, we have increased the number of provinces with an administrative court to 71. I wish for our newly established court to be beneficial to our judicial organization, our country, and our nation."
