REPEALED
The announcement stated, "This Communiqué has been prepared to determine the procedures and principles regarding the transition to the Turkish flag for boats located abroad or flying foreign flags. This Communiqué replaces the Communiqué on the Transition to the Turkish Flag for Boats Located Abroad or Flying Foreign Flags (Communiqué No: 2017/3) published in the Official Gazette dated 3/3/2017 and numbered 29996. The Communiqué has been repealed in the Official Gazette published on 2/1/2024."
