Fahrettin Koca announced: Ministry of Health to hire workers without KPSS requirement

Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca, who visited tradespeople in Mardin, announced that they plan to conduct a large-scale worker recruitment within this year. Koca stated that an official announcement regarding the matter will be made soon.

Fahrettin Koca said that the workers to be hired will support every area of hospital operations. The positions to be announced will include essential roles such as security guards, cleaning staff, clinical support personnel, and patient reception and guidance staff. However, it is not limited to this; recruitments specific to the health sector, such as nurses, midwives, health technicians, and health technologists, will also be made.

HOW WILL APPLICATIONS BE MADE VIA İŞKUR?

The recruitment process will be carried out through İŞKUR. A particularly notable point is that candidates will not be subject to any interviews for these recruitments. Applications will be processed according to a lottery system, including for primary school graduates. In other words, after you submit your application, the position you will be assigned to will be determined by a lottery.

WHAT ARE THE OTHER POSITIONS TO BE HIRED?

This major worker recruitment is not limited to the positions mentioned above. Hiring will also be conducted for various other roles such as electricians, computer system installation and maintenance technicians, carpenters, heating and plumbing technicians, biomedical device technology service support staff, construction painters, and painters.
