HAS THE HOME CARE ALLOWANCE BEEN DEPOSITED?

Home care allowances are deposited into the accounts of eligible beneficiaries between the 15th and 31st of each month, with payment dates varying by province. However, payments may be made on different dates depending on the province. Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announces that home care allowance payments have begun through official sources.

MONTHLY INQUIRY VIA SMS

Individuals receiving the home care allowance can also perform balance inquiries using the SMS feature of their mobile phones. Those receiving their allowance through Ziraat Katılım Bankası can track their balance by typing "BAKIYE" and sending an SMS to 4747 from their mobile phones. If you send a message, a fee for 1 SMS will be charged by your operator.

INQUIRY VIA E-GOVERNMENT

You can inquire whether home care allowance payments have been deposited into your account via SMS or e-Government. Registered users can perform payment inquiries using their Turkish ID number and password through the e-Government "Disabled Home Care Payment Information Inquiry" page. This feature is located under the Ministry of Family and Social Services tab in the e-Government system.

HOW TO APPLY FOR HOME CARE ALLOWANCE?

There are 3 basic conditions that must be met to receive the home care allowance:

Meeting income criteria,

Being in need of care,

Obtaining a severe disability report.

To receive the home care allowance, the total net income of the household is calculated and this income is divided by the number of household members. The disabled individual is also included in this calculation.

Applications for the home care allowance are made to the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services or district directorates, if available, in the province where the disabled person resides.

HOW MUCH IS THE INCREASED HOME CARE ALLOWANCE?

With the recent increase, the home care allowance has become 10,125 TL.
