Gendarmerie and Coast Guard to recruit officers and non-commissioned officers! Quotas and requirements announced...
The Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Command has announced that it will recruit a total of 3,635 personnel, including 3,395 contract non-commissioned officers for the Gendarmerie General Command, and 200 contract non-commissioned officers and 40 contract officers for the Coast Guard Command, all of whom will receive training at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy.
According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette by the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Command, a total of 3,395 non-commissioned officers will be recruited for the Gendarmerie General Command, including 231 women, to be trained at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy. Additionally, 200 non-commissioned officers will be recruited for the Coast Guard Command, including 20 women, and a total of 40 contract officers will be recruited, including 7 women, to be trained at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy.
Applications can be submitted until February 9, 2026, via the "https://vatandas.jandarma.gov.tr/PTM/Giris" website and through the e-Government portal via the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Personnel Procurement System (PTS).
Candidates must be under the age of 27 for undergraduate and associate degree graduates, and under the age of 32 for those who have completed postgraduate education.
