The General Directorate of Highways (KGM) will hire 50 workers to be employed under permanent employment contracts. The institution's announcement regarding the recruitment has been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the announcement, candidates who meet the necessary requirements for workers to be employed at KGM workplaces under indefinite-term permanent employment contracts will be able to submit their applications within 5 days. Applications will be accepted via the "Job Seeker" link at İŞKUR's "esube.iskur.gov.tr" address.
Candidates will also be able to carry out their application procedures via İŞKUR service points and the Alo 170 hotline.
Following the completion of the application process, among the candidates sent by İŞKUR, a number of principal candidates equal to the number of open positions and a number of reserve candidates equal to 4 times the number of principal candidates will be determined by lottery. The date and location of the lottery will be announced later on the official website of the General Directorate of Highways, "www.kgm.gov.tr".
Workers who are appointed will not be able to request a transfer or reassignment to workplaces in other provinces for 5 years. It was reported that those hired will start their duties with a base daily wage of 2,665 Turkish Lira and 13 kuruş.
A 2-month probationary period will be applied for the workers to be hired. The employment contracts of those who are unsuccessful during the probationary period may be terminated without the need for a notice period.
Candidates who are entitled to start work will submit the requested documents in person at locations and dates to be announced later. KGM may employ the workers at any workplace within the boundaries of the relevant regional directorate if needed.
