The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre will recruit contract personnel to be employed in its central and provincial organizations. The recruitment, which will be based on the KPSS (B) group score ranking, will be carried out in accordance with Article 2 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel. The recruitment will provide employment for the positions of Lawyer, Computer Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Technician, and Office Personnel. APPLICATION DATES FOR THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF LAND REGISTRY AND CADASTRE 900 PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT

Applications will be made between March 19, 2025, and March 28, 2025, at 23:59 via e-Government through the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre - Career Gate - Public Recruitment or the Career Gate website at https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr. Applications made in person, by cargo, or by mail will not be considered valid.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF LAND REGISTRY AND CADASTRE 900 PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT

1) To meet the requirements specified in sub-clauses (1), (4), (5), (6), and (7) of clause (A) of the first paragraph of Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.

2) Not to be currently employed as a contract worker in public institutions and organizations in the same title as the applied position.

3) To comply with the provision in Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657: “Those employed in this manner cannot be employed in the contracted personnel positions of institutions until one year has passed from the date of termination if their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract, or if they terminate the contract unilaterally, except for exceptions determined by Presidential decree, or if their contracts are not renewed upon the expiration of the contract.”

4) Candidates will only be able to apply for one of the announced positions. Applications from those who apply for more than one position will not be considered valid, and applications not made in accordance with the procedure will not be accepted. Candidates are responsible for completing the application process correctly, completely, and in accordance with the conditions specified in this announcement, and for uploading the required documents to the system.

5) Applications from personnel currently working as permanent or contract staff in the central and provincial organization of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre who apply for positions that are the same or equivalent to their own positions specified in this announcement will not be accepted, and they will not be appointed even if they have been placed.

6) Candidates who are entitled to be appointed will not be able to request a transfer to another location for 4 years due to the provision in paragraph (B) of Article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657: “Contracted personnel employed within this scope who have completed three years of service in the same institution shall be appointed to civil servant positions with the same title in the place where they are located, upon their request within thirty days from the end of this period. The positions to which those who do not have a civil servant position with the same title as their current position title will be appointed are determined by the President. These personnel cannot be appointed to another place for three years, except for reasons of life safety and health. Those appointed to civil servant positions shall serve in the same place for at least one more year.”
