Hamdi Güleç appointed as President of the Public Procurement Board
Appointments made by the Presidency to the positions of President, Second President, and members of the Public Procurement Board have been published in the Official Gazette. According to the decision, Hamdi Güleç has been appointed as the President of the Public Procurement Board.
With the appointment decision made by the Presidency and published in the Official Gazette, Hamdi Güleç has been appointed as the President of the Public Procurement Board.
With the decision, Mehmet Bıçkıcı was appointed as the Second President, while Osman Şahin, Halil Yılmaz, Mehmet Aydın, Kadir Cabur, Mehmet Demiroğlu, and Necmi Keskinsoy were appointed as members of the Public Procurement Board.
The appointments were carried out in accordance with Article 53 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and Articles 2, 3, and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 3.
