Applications for the third phase of the Güneyşehir project have begun today as part of the 14,000-unit housing project. Applications for affordable 2+1 and 3+1 apartments opened at 10:00 AM. While citizens continue their research on where and how to apply, the deadline for applications has also been announced.

HOW TO APPLY FOR GBB HOUSING?

Citizens can submit their applications through the official GBB Konut website at www.gbbkonut.com.tr or at sales offices. The lottery draw will be held in the presence of a notary on Saturday, January 4, and will be broadcast live on the GBB TV YouTube channel. Information regarding the application process, payment plans, and other details can also be accessed through this site.

WHAT ARE THE GBB APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS?

Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of Turkey, have resided within the provincial borders of Gaziantep for at least one year, be at least 18 years old, and neither they nor their spouses may own an independent residential property registered in their name in the land registry. Each applicant and their spouse may only submit one application; however, children over the age of 18 living in the same household may submit separate applications. In the event of multiple applications, the applications will be considered invalid.

FIRST 5,000 APPLICATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED

Only the first 5,000 applications will be evaluated in the project, and 1,000 primary and 1,000 substitute beneficiaries will be determined through a lottery held in the presence of a notary. The results of the beneficiary selection will be announced on the official GBB Konut website and social media accounts.
