However, with the new regulation, this duration will be reduced to 40 hours. This change is intended to cover all professional groups and ensure a more effective work order.
This step aims to support better working conditions for employees in both the public and private sectors. It is considered an important step toward resolving the fragmentation in the Labor Law and further empowering employees.
