Ministry bans it: That plush toy is being recalled

The Ministry of Trade continues to announce products found to be unsafe within the scope of market surveillance and inspection to the public through the Unsafe Product Information System.
In the latest notifications, it was observed that a sales ban and recall decision were issued for a plush product in the toy animal category.

In the Ministry's notification numbered 2026070006, the product was identified as a "Plush Goose." The notification date was recorded as July 14, 2026.
The measure taken for the product was announced as "a ban on its supply to the market and a recall." The reason for the lack of safety was stated as the product failing to meet the relevant clause of the EN 71-1 standard.
The Unsafe Product Information System is used to share information with consumers regarding products found to be risky as a result of inspections by authorized institutions.
