Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change to hire 200 disabled civil servants: Preferences and process details
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has announced that it will hire 200 disabled civil servants. It was stated that applications will be made via ÖSYM using EKPSS scores. The 2025 EKPSS application process began on January 16. So, how are preference procedures carried out and when do applications end?
ÖSYM has initiated the preference process for placement into vacant positions in public institutions and organizations based on the results of the Disabled Public Personnel Selection Examination (EKPSS) and the lottery method.
Candidates who participated in the 2022 or 2024 EKPSS will be appointed based on exam results and the lottery method after submitting their preferences.
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has also announced that the process for hiring 200 disabled civil servants to work within its organization has begun. Preferences started on January 16 and are ongoing via ÖSYM's Candidate Transactions System.
HOW TO MAKE 2025 EKPSS PREFERENCES?
Candidates can submit their preferences individually using their Turkish ID numbers and candidate passwords at https://ais.osym.gov.tr, in accordance with the rules specified in the 2025-EKPSS/Lottery Disabled Public Personnel Placement Preference Guide.

WHEN DO EKPSS PREFERENCES END?
Placement procedures for vacant positions in public institutions and organizations based on the results of the Disabled Public Personnel Selection Examination (EKPSS) and the lottery method will be carried out by ÖSYM. Preference procedures can be completed between January 16 and January 27, 2025, and will end on Monday, January 27, at 23:59.
