Current statistics regarding the number of users and usage data for the e-Devlet Gateway, which began operations in 2008 to provide access to online public services, have been shared. The platform's user count, which was approximately 2 million in 2010, exceeded 25 million by the end of 2015 and reached 68 million 193 thousand 133 people as of the end of 2025.

It was observed that users prefer different methods for registration and login to the system. According to the data, 33.9 million people registered via SMS verification, while 30.9 million people registered using the domestic password envelope method. The number of those who registered from abroad using a password envelope was recorded at approximately 557 thousand. While the number of users who registered via internet banking was 2.5 million, the total number of those using e-Signature and mobile signature exceeded 211 thousand.

USER DISTRIBUTION BY AGE GROUP

It was stated that different age groups are represented among the platform's users. There are approximately 9.9 million users in the 15-24 age range, 14.1 million in the 25-34 age group, 13.7 million in the 35-44 age group, and 12.3 million in the 45-54 age group. The number of users aged 55 and over has approached 18 million in total.

LOGIN COUNTS

The total number of logins to the system via web browsers was announced as approximately 15 billion. Logins performed via the mobile application exceeded 10.5 billion. These figures are among the data revealing the intensity of the platform's usage.

SERVICES OFFERED AND MOST FREQUENTLY USED TRANSACTIONS

As of December 2025, it was reported that over 9 thousand services are accessible on the digital platform. Among the most frequently used transactions were "SGK Registration and Service Record" (23%), "Vehicle License Plate Traffic Fine Inquiry" (11%), "Tax Debt Inquiry and Payment" (10%), and "Inquiry of Vehicles Registered in My Name" (9%).

NUMBER OF INSTITUTIONS

Access to the services of over 1,000 institutions, including central public institutions, universities, municipalities, and certain private organizations, is provided through the e-Devlet Gateway.
