New rule for personnel shuttle vehicles: Age limit changed

The age limit for personnel shuttle vehicles has been changed. With the regulation published in the Official Gazette, vehicles older than 21 years can no longer be used for personnel transportation.

New rule for personnel shuttle vehicles: Age limit changed

The age limit for vehicles used in personnel transportation has been changed. The new regulation has entered into force with the "Regulation on Amending the Regulation on Personnel Shuttle Services for Public Institutions and Organizations" published in the Official Gazette.

According to the new rule, vehicles to be used for personnel shuttles must not be older than 21 years, based on the first calendar year following the year of their manufacture. In the previous practice, this limit was set at 19 years.

The provisions of the regulation will be executed by the President.
