Nuclear Regulatory Authority decision repealed
In the decision published in the Official Gazette, the Nuclear Regulatory Authority decision was repealed.
The Official Gazette dated Thursday, November 16, 2023, has been published. In the "Board Decision" included in the "Executive and Administrative Section" published today, it was announced that the decision regarding the Nuclear Regulatory Authority has been repealed.
The decision included the following information:
"Pursuant to subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 9 of Presidential Decree No. 95 on the Organization and Duties of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority; it has been decided to repeal the Nuclear Regulatory Authority decision dated 3/8/2023 and numbered 2023-62/3."
