PRESIDENCY OF MIGRATION MANAGEMENT TO HIRE CONTRACT PERSONNEL

The Presidency of Migration Management has announced that it will hire 560 contract personnel to be assigned to its central and provincial organizations.

According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, 96 personnel will be appointed to the central organization, and 464 personnel will be appointed to the provincial organization.

The announcement included the following statement: ''Within the framework of Article 4, paragraph (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 and the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contract Personnel, which entered into force with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/06/1978 and numbered 7/15754, contract personnel will be recruited through an Entrance (Oral) exam for a total of 560 vacant positions to be employed in the central and provincial organizations of the Presidency of Migration Management. This recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the titles and numbers specified in Table-1 and Table-2.''

WHEN ARE THE PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT APPLICATIONS?

Entrance exam applications will begin on February 5, 2025, at 09:00 and will end on February 14, 2025, at 23:59.

Candidates will be able to submit their applications online via e-Devlet through the Presidency of Migration Management-Career Gate Public Recruitment or the Career Gate (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) platform.

Applications that do not meet the specified conditions or are not made within the time frame will not be accepted. Furthermore, applications made in person or by mail will be considered invalid.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORAL EXAM

Candidates must have completed the age of 18 by the date of the oral exam and must have scored at least 65 points in one of the KPSSP3, KPSSP93, or KPSSP94 score types from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) held in 2024.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Candidates will be required to meet the general conditions specified in Article 48, paragraph (A) of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, be a Turkish citizen, have completed the age of 18 as of the application date, not be deprived of public rights, not be convicted of the crimes specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code, have no connection with military service in terms of military status, not have reached the age of military service, or have completed, deferred, or been transferred to the reserve class of military service, not have a mental illness, not have been dismissed from public service, and not be receiving a retirement or old-age pension from a social security institution.

Additionally, according to the results of the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) held in 2024, candidates must have scored at least 65 points in the KPSSP3 score type for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP93 for associate degree graduates, and KPSSP94 for secondary education graduates, and candidates applying for the announced position must be among the top 4 times the number of candidates for the position they are applying for.

Candidates will only be able to apply for one position. During the application, they can only choose the central organization or one province and one position. Applications of candidates who make multiple choices will be considered invalid, and they will not be able to make any claims to rights.

Candidates who are currently working as 4/B contract personnel in public institutions and whose contracts have been terminated must have completed the one-year waiting period as of the application date. Furthermore, it is a requirement that the title of the position currently held by 4/B contract personnel candidates must be different from the position they are applying for.

METHOD OF ANNOUNCEMENT TO CANDIDATES

Announcements regarding the Entrance (Oral) exam will be made through announcements published on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform and the website of the Presidency of Migration Management (www.goc.gov.tr). These announcements will serve as official notification, and no separate written notification will be sent to candidates.
