Statement from Şişecam regarding collective bargaining agreement
Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları has announced that collective bargaining agreement negotiations have commenced.
Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları announced in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that collective bargaining agreement negotiations have begun at the company's factories.
The statement included the following: "The new term Group Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, which cover the Flat Glass Kırklareli, Flat Glass Mersin, Flat Glass Bursa, Flat Glass Ankara, Glassware Kırklareli, Glassware Eskişehir, Glassware Denizli, Glass Packaging Mersin, Glass Packaging Yenişehir, and Glass Packaging Eskişehir factories belonging to our company, as well as other workplaces of our company located in the number 11 Cement, Soil, and Glass industry branch, the Automotive Glass Lüleburgaz factory, and the Fiber Balıkesir factory, between the Turkish Glass, Cement and Soil Employers' Association—of which Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. and its subsidiaries Şişecam Otomotiv A.Ş. and Şişecam Elyaf Sanayii A.Ş. are members—and the Kristal-İş Union, as well as the workplace collective bargaining agreement negotiations for the Bilecik facility of our company's subsidiary Camiş Madencilik A.Ş., commenced on 05.02.2024."
