Furthermore, it was noted that the images and texts presented as the source of these claims were taken from an illegal website dated October 10, 2020, and have no connection to the current fires. It was also announced that the state maintains a zero-tolerance policy in the fight against terrorism and is meticulously investigating all possibilities of sabotage.
The DMM called on citizens to question the source of information they encounter on social media, to verify the date and context of shared images, and to evaluate information outside of official statements with caution.
