Trading ban on shares of two companies that went public

From Borsa İstanbul Capital Markets Board (SPK) it was announced that a one-month margin trading ban has been imposed on the shares of two companies within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBTS), which was activated in accordance with the decision.

ŞEKER YATIRIM WENT PUBLIC AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH

Borsa İstanbul has imposed a one-month margin trading ban on the shares of (FMIZP.E) Federal-Mogul İzmit Piston ve Pim Üretim Tesisleri A.Ş and (SKYMD.E) Şeker Yatırım.

RESTRICTION ON MARGIN TRADING

In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Borsa İstanbul, it was stated that, "Within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBTS) activated in accordance with the Capital Markets Board decision, FMIZP.E and SKYMD.E shares will not be subject to margin trading from the transactions dated 13/12/2023 (beginning of the session) to the transactions dated 12/01/2024 (end of the session)."
