The country's leading GSM operators, Turkcell, Türk Telekom, and Vodafone, are participating in the tender held at the headquarters of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) in Ankara.

This tender involves the allocation of a total of 400 MHz of frequency in the 700 MHz and 3.5 GHz frequency bands.
