Access ban on popular dating apps: Tinder and Azar among them
The Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) has imposed an access ban on many dating applications, primarily Tinder and Azar.
The Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) has decided to block access to 29 different dating applications. The decision in question was approved by the Ankara 3rd and 4th Criminal Judgeships of Peace.
According to information provided by Engelli Web, the applications subject to the access ban include the most widely used ones such as Tinder, Azar, LivU, and Tango. However, no official statement has been made by the BTK regarding the justification for the access ban.
