Amazon Q launched
Amazon has announced Amazon Q, an artificial intelligence-based chatbot for corporate customers.
Amazon has joined the “chatbot” race among technology companies such as OpenAI, Microsoft, and Google.
In a statement from Amazon, it was noted that the preview version of Amazon Q, a new type of generative AI-powered assistant that can be customized according to customers' businesses, has been made available.
The statement indicated that Amazon Q will help obtain quick and relevant answers to urgent questions, resolve issues, and create content by using data and expertise found in companies' corporate systems, and it was reported that the fee for the chatbot will start at 20 dollars per user per year.
On the other hand, Amazon also introduced its new generation chips called “Graviton4” and “Trainium2”.
In the statement made by the company, it was reported that these chips are the latest innovations in Amazon Web Services (AWS) chip design.
The statement noted that with these chips, AWS provides better price performance and energy efficiency, offering customers even more options.
