Apple faces another iPhone throttling lawsuit

Apple is in trouble again for slowing down older iPhones. Having already paid separate fines of 25 million euros in France and 500 million dollars in the US, Apple may now face a similar lawsuit in the UK. Apple's appeal against a lawsuit filed by a British citizen in the UK was rejected.
