However, the custom cable used in the Vision Pro shows that Apple has not fully parted ways with the Lightning connector.
The only change in the customized Lightning cable is the transition to a 12-pin structure. This has led to an expansion of the cable input. Additionally, notches that connect the Vision Pro-specific battery to the cable are also notable. Users can connect the charging cable to the battery by manipulating these notches using a similar pin. Furthermore, it is stated that in addition to the customized Lightning cable, a USB Type-C input can also be used.
