Data security alarm on iPhones: USB-C vulnerability detected!

A security vulnerability found in the USB-C charging port of iPhones allows malicious actors to load harmful code and seize user data.

ALL USER DATA CAN BE ACCESSED!

Roth's research reveals that the ACE3 chip can be reprogrammed to perform unauthorized operations, allowing hackers to bypass security measures and take control of the device. This situation enables malicious individuals to access all data on the device, such as passwords, financial information, personal photos, and private messages.

Although the attack requires physical access to the device and specialized equipment, it poses a serious risk. This security vulnerability could be used to target high-profile individuals whose data is valuable, as well as to create attacks targeting ordinary users by stealing identity and financial information.

Apple has not yet made a statement regarding this security vulnerability.
