Instagram Threads' current user count has been announced, and it is stated that the platform now has 130 million active users. Threads emerged as a result of Meta's efforts to develop an X-like platform and received significant attention upon its initial launch. However, it experienced a decline in active user numbers over time.
According to the announcement, the platform is on the rise again and currently has 130 million monthly active users.
This new user count, announced by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, is considered a promising development for the platform's future. Zuckerberg's goal is for Threads to reach 1 billion monthly active users.
Recently, in response to changes on the X platform, users have been turning to different alternatives like Threads. In this context, Threads is seen as one of the prominent platforms, especially preferred by users who believe that the X platform is no longer like Twitter.
