iOS 17.3 beta update causes issues
Users who installed the second beta version of iOS 17.3, released by Apple yesterday, experienced phone crashes.
Some users attempting to install the iOS 17.3 beta 2 update on their iPhones noticed that their devices froze and became stuck in a boot loop.
While restoring to the previous version of iOS 17.3 or the iOS 17.2.1 software version seems to resolve the issue, users without a backup may face difficulties during the restoration process.
It does not appear that all iPhone users are affected, as some iPhones updated to iOS 17.3 beta 2 did not experience any issues.
Apple has not yet commented on the bug, but it is likely that the second iOS 17.3 beta version will be pulled in the near future until the issue is resolved.
Beta updates refer to the process where software is tested before reaching all users, and a limited number of participants have the chance to try these updates.
