Through the robotic technologies developed by Rivr, the company plans to support employees in doorstep delivery services and increase customer satisfaction.

The statement emphasized that these new-generation robots will work alongside delivery personnel to facilitate the transport of packages from vehicles to customers and enhance safety to the highest level. Today, Amazon works with thousands of third-party business partners across its vast delivery network to transport packages from its warehouses to customers. CEO Andy Jassy announced that, in line with this strategic transformation, 16 thousand office employees were laid off in January, and an additional 100 people were dismissed from the robotics division in March.
