WhatsApp is testing new text formats in its Android beta version.
With these new features, users will be able to share code, quotes, and lists. This will increase the readability of messages and allow users to organize text in a more structured way.
The new features are as follows:
Code Blocks: Code blocks allow users to share code snippets more easily. To create a code block, it will be sufficient to define the area where the code will be placed using "`" symbols.
Quote Blocks: Quote blocks offer the ability to reply by quoting a specific part of another message. To create a quote block, it is necessary to place a ">" sign at the beginning of the message.
Lists: Creating lists is quite easy. To make a list, it is sufficient to start the text with a * sign, a (-), or a number.
