New features on the way for Windows 11 users

Microsoft has introduced the 25H2 version of Windows 11, adding significant innovations to the operating system. This version, which is offered to Dev and Beta users within the scope of the Insider program, is particularly notable for allowing the deletion of applications that come with the system and could not be removed previously.

With the new version, users will be able to completely remove applications that come from the Microsoft Store and are generally seen as "unnecessary" from their systems. The feature is made possible thanks to a new Group Policy setting added to the operating system.

When the "Remove default Microsoft Store packages from the system" option is enabled, users will be able to manually select the applications they want to remove. If this setting is disabled, existing applications will continue to remain on the system.

Among the applications that can be removed are frequently used tools such as Clipchamp, Windows Media Player, Notepad, and Terminal. The removal of these applications will be trackable not only through the user interface but also through the system registry.

This update is expected to be released for general use in the coming months and will allow users to make their computers more personal and suitable for their needs.
