Statement from Minister Uraloğlu on Roblox and Discord: Will access be restored?

New statements continue to emerge regarding Discord and Roblox, which have been inaccessible in Turkey for some time. Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu shared the latest information regarding the reopening of these platforms.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE LEGAL PROCESS
In his statement, Minister Uraloğlu emphasized that the access ban was implemented within the scope of a legal process and that the reopening of the platforms is likewise dependent on the completion of legal procedures. In his previous statements, he had noted that Discord and Roblox officials had appointed representatives to Turkey and that the process was ongoing. Here is Minister Uraloğlu's latest statement on the matter:
'If Roblox and Discord had met our content removal requests, they would not have needed to be shut down as a result of a court order. We do not want to impose bans outside of social media platforms, but a shutdown is a legal process. Likewise, their reopening will only be possible through a legal process.'
