Tension continues at ShiftDelete: Hakkı Alkan, who threw a flowerpot, releases a video about Samet Jankovic

The tension between ShiftDelete owner Hakkı Alkan and Editor-in-Chief Samet Jankovic has come to light following an incident in the office. After footage emerged of Alkan throwing a flowerpot at Jankovic, mutual accusations began between the parties.

Following the incident, Samet Jankovic announced that he had obtained a medical report for assault and that the matter had been taken to court. In a video he released, Hakkı Alkan claimed that Jankovic had demanded 5.5 million TL for a settlement through his lawyers. Alkan stated, "When I said this amount was too high, these videos appeared. The stress of a boss and the stress of an employee are not the same."

RESPONSE FROM SAMET JANKOVİC

Samet Jankovic responded to Alkan's claims, saying, "I wish you success in your new professional life. Everyone knows what you contributed to me, and I will tell everyone. The fact that you did things to me that you haven't done to anyone else shows how much effort I put into this company." Jankovic stated that the compensation amount was determined by his lawyers and that the matter has turned into a lawsuit for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages. He also expressed his resentment toward Alkan, saying, "I wish you had been a little sincere and said that I spent days and nights working overtime in that office."
