Two iPhone models dropped from support with Apple's update

US-based technology giant Apple has updated its "vintage and obsolete" products list, including the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 models in this category. With this update, these devices will no longer be eligible for services such as repairs and spare parts procurement from Apple's official service centers.

The iPhone 7 Plus, released in 2016, drew attention with its large screen and dual rear cameras, while the iPhone 8, introduced in 2017, stood out with its A11 Bionic processor and compact design. Both models had received significant interest at the time of their release.

Apple updates its "vintage" products list to include devices whose sales and distribution ended 5 to 7 years ago. "Obsolete" products refer to devices that have been out of support for more than 7 years. Devices that enter this list are gradually phased out of service at Apple's official service points.
