Varda Space Industries has successfully completed its first atmospheric reentry mission with its W-1 capsule and shared breathtaking footage from space.
Space company Varda Space Industries placed a camera on a capsule for its first atmospheric reentry mission. The edited footage shared via the company's social media account helps us better understand the details of the process. The shots begin with the moment the W-1 capsule separates from its carrier satellite in orbit and show the approximately 6-minute journey from its reentry into the atmosphere until it reaches the surface.
