Yandex Turkey introduces new AI solution for telecom operators

Yandex Turkey introduced its new "AI for Telecom" solution for the telecommunications sector as part of the AI Tomorrow Summit held in Ankara. With this new solution, the company aims to enable operators to offer AI-powered products and services to their users more quickly and achieve measurable business results.

The announced structure allows operators to develop AI-supported experiences in various areas, ranging from customer support processes to balance inquiries, and from call assistants to self-service transactions. The solutions can be deployed as independent products or integrated into existing operator ecosystems or the Yandex AI application.

Yandex Turkey positions the telecom sector as one of the deep-rooted areas in the company's B2B partnerships. It was stated that the collaborations the company conducts with Turkcell, Türk Telekom, and 4play provide various advantages to users and offer new opportunities for operators to make their services more visible through Yandex AI.

Sedat Öztürk, General Manager of Yandex Turkey Search and Artificial Intelligence, emphasized that operators possess the infrastructure to reach millions of users directly. Öztürk stated that local players could better utilize this potential with AI solutions shaped according to market needs.

The company notes that it aims to contribute to Turkey's digital ecosystem through local AI products and collaborations. It was noted that Yandex AI and Yandex Search, supported by Yazeka, have developed local partnerships in many sectors, primarily finance, retail, e-commerce, travel, and media.
