Nikola Kalinic, who wore the jerseys of teams such as Milan, Atletico Madrid, and Roma during his career and ended his professional football career last season, has returned to the pitch.

Nikola Kalinic, who bid farewell to the game with Hajduk Split at the end of last season, has rejoined the team by signing a 6-month contract with Hajduk Split once again.

HE WILL EARN 1 EURO IN 6 MONTHS

The 35-year-old Croatian striker, who signed a 6-month contract with the Croatian side Hajduk Split, will earn a total of 1 euro at the end of the 6 months.

Hajduk Split's sporting director Mindaugas Nikolicius stated, "In my 3-year career at Hajduk Split, this was the easiest transfer I have ever negotiated. We signed a 1 euro contract. Nikola Kalinic wants Hajduk Split to win the league. That is the only reason for his return."

Hajduk Split is currently 6 points behind Rijeka, which sits in first place after 19 weeks of play in the Croatian League.
