12 Giant Men secure their 2025 EuroBasket ticket
In the 4th match of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers Group B, the Turkish Men's National Basketball Team defeated Hungary 81-76 away from home, securing their spot in the championship.
The Turkish Men's National Basketball Team visited Hungary in the 2025 European Championship Qualifiers Group B.
The 12 Giant Men started the match with a starting five of Şehmus Hazer, Cedi Osman, Ercan Osmani, Kenan Sipahi, and Ömer Yurtseven.
Finishing the first half with a 40-31 lead, the Crescent-Stars won the match 81-76, guaranteeing a top-3 finish in the qualifying group and earning the right to participate in EuroBasket.
For the Crescent-Stars, Cedi Osman was the top scorer of the match with 33 points, while Ömer Yurtseven contributed significantly to the victory by recording 22 points.
